Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Economics, or Communications preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in banking, financial services, retail, sales, and/or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong computer proficiency.
• Consultative Sales aptitude with a passion for helping others and interacting with customers.

Responsibilities

• Field an average of 50-60 inbound private client calls daily regarding financial services and retirement planning.
• Discuss plan options, interpret product changes, and update account information.
• Educate customers on contract benefits, tax implications, and fees while driving first-time resolution.
• Maintain documented conversation records and utilize virtual technology to enhance the client and advisor experience.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.

Join our Financial Services team supporting participants, plan sponsors, and brokers with account maintenance, retirement planning questions, and client service.

• Hybrid & Remote opportunities available
• Open to candidates residing in the EST and CST time zones.
• Hybrid: Required for candidates living within 35 miles of our offices (2 days/week onsite at 1000 Yard Street, Building H, Grandview Heights, OH).
• Remote: Considered for candidates residing outside the 35-mile radius of Columbus, OH.
• Start Date: 11/9/26
• Office Hours & Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 EST. 38.75-hour work week with variable shifts. Open availability between 8:00 AM - 8:00 EST is required.
• Training: 5 weeks of paid training (Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST)
