About the Company

Our Client is a global leader in transportation and supply management.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Executive oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth order processing, compliance and customer satisfaction.

• Supervise customer service team in handling customer orders and ensure accuracy and timeliness in order processing;
• Provide training on standard operating procedures and customer requirements, ensuring competency;
• Maintain organised records of all customer transactions, receipts, and issues;
• Build strong customer relationships, respond to enquiries, and escalate critical matters as needed;
• Ensure good inventory and warehouse management practices, providing timely updates;
• Perform key reporting on a daily and weekly basis to various regional stakeholders;
• Participate in shipment documentation, including dangerous goods declarations and permit entries;
• Ensure operational compliance, including safety, 5S practices, and timely updates.

Requiremnts

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred;
• Participating in inventory, permit, and shipment documentation processes;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
