IT & Non-IT Lead Talent Acquisition

Experience: Managed a lead role in HR consulting

Location: WFH

1. Should have experience in IT and NON IT hiring and team management
2. Guiding team on sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Monster)
3. Screening the relevant senior profiles and aligning interviews with clients
4. Manage the team of recruiters, must have worked on IT & NON-IT profiles
5. Candidates managed a similar profile earlier and on sabbatical can apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
