Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Scranton, PA. You will manage customer order processing, coordinate with Sales, Production Planning, Logistics and Finance, and keep ERP records up to date while generating Excel reports.

This full-time role offers on-the-job training, a stable Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities to progress into Production Planning or Inside Sales as you develop within a large manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with confidence using Excel/spreadsheets.
• Experience in a busy, high-volume environment and eagern to learn.
• ERP/SAP exposure is helpful but not essential; full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support customer order processing and delivery scheduling.
• Liaise with Sales, Production Planning, Logistics and Finance to meet customer needs.
• Maintain accurate ERP documentation for orders and shipments.
• Create and update reports using MS Excel.
• Monday-Friday, days role.
