Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Monroeville, PA to be the face of our service and assist customers with products and rentals.

You will work with the team to dispatch and return equipment, using U‑Scan technology, and help ensure a smooth rental process. The role includes driving and hitching trailers, inspecting equipment, answering questions, and participating in ongoing education through U‑Haul University.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U‑Haul center with products and services.
• Use U‑Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U‑Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot, check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns of equipment.
