Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. in Wauwatosa, WI is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face of our service team, assisting customers with products and services and guiding them through rentals using U-Scan tech.

The role involves loading, inspecting equipment, and educating customers while supporting an on-the-job education program. This is a part-time position with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
