Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Waterbury, CT. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and using U-Scan technology to dispatch and return rentals.

This role offers on-the-job education, potential interview bonuses, and certification opportunities for propane and forklift. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required; nicotine policy applies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot; check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
