Job summary

U-Haul in Prosper, Texas is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face helping customers with rentals, equipment checks, and returns. You will assist customers in-store and with U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.

The role requires a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent. You’ll work with a team, participate in ongoing training, and have opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and educate customers about products.
• Prepare rental invoices and handle equipment returns.
