Job summary

U-Haul in Pomona, CA seeks a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team. You will assist customers, inspect and maintain equipment, and use U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Willingness to learn and use U-Haul tech tools (e.g., U-Scan) and equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect and maintain equipment.
