Job summary

U-Haul in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our friendly team. You will assist customers at the center, help with rentals, inspect and maintain equipment, and use U-Scan technology to manage inventory.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including fluid checks.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rentals.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane filling may be offered through certification.
