Job summary

U-Haul in Little River, SC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, assist with rentals, and support the team with daily operations. Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• On-the-job education provided to develop skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring (certification offered upon employment).
• Fill propane (certification offered upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
