Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Saint Cloud, MN. You will be the face of our service team, assisting customers with rentals, equipment inspections, and related services.

Role includes using U-Scan tech, moving and hooking trucks, and educating customers on products. On-the-job training provided; part-time, based at a U-Haul center in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment; educate customers on products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; fill propane and forklift operations (certification offered).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
