Job summary

U-Haul in Manassas Park, Virginia is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service and help customers with rentals and equipment needs. You will inspect and maintain equipment, assist customers, and use U-Scan technology to dispatch and return units.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including fluid checks.
• Educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
