Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Florence, SC. You will be the face of our service team, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspections, and product inquiries, using U-Scan tech to manage inventory and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing rental invoices, and coordinating equipment returns. A valid driver's license and high school diploma are required; on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service mindset and ability to assist customers in-person.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers and inspect equipment.
