U-Haul is seeking a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative in Jeffersonville, IN to act as the face of our exceptional service. You will assist customers, dispatch and return equipment using U-Scan, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers.

On-the-job education is provided, with the motto Hire Fast, Pay Fast. You may start today and earn today with hands-on interviews and eligible bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
