Job summary

U-Haul in Illinois seeks a friendly Customer Service Representative to help customers and manage rentals. You will work with a team to ensure customers receive the support they need on their journeys by inspecting and maintaining equipment and using U-Scan technology to dispatch and return gear.

On-the-job education is provided, with opportunities for advancement and bonuses such as a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 completion bonus upon program milestones at retail locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot.
• Educate customers on products and services.
