U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Illinois to join a supportive team and be the face of our service. You will help customers, dispatch equipment with up-to-date technology, and participate in ongoing training.

The role includes working with rentals, inspections, and basic safety procedures, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package. This is an on-site position in Kankakee, IL.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Familiarity with basic rental processes and inventory management.
• Safe operation of equipment and knowledge of basic safety rules.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers inside and outside U-Haul centers with products and services.
• Use technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment.
