Job summary

U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Baytown, TX. You will be the face of our service, helping customers with rentals, inspecting equipment, and using U-Scan tech to manage inventories. Role includes on-the-job education and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center.
• Manage rentals and inventory with smartphone-based U-Scan.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education.
