Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Baytown, TX. You will be the face of our team, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspections, and guidance on services. You’ll use U-Scan tech to dispatch and return equipment and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Haul technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Educate customers about products and services and answer questions.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring where needed.
• Handle propane fills and forklift operations (certifications provided).
• Other duties as assigned and participate in U-Haul education programs.
