Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a supportive team and be the face of our exceptional service. You will assist customers, manage rentals with U-Scan, move and hook up trucks, inspect equipment, and educate customers on products and services.

This temporary role offers on-the-job training, potential for raises, and benefits eligibility. Wage starts at $16/hour with opportunities for advancement and continued U-Haul education.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluids.
• Educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane and forklift certification offered on employment.
