U-Haul in McDonough, GA seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team, helping customers with rentals, inspections, and returns using U-Scan tech. You will move and hook up trucks, inspect equipment, and answer questions while providing excellent service.

The role includes on-the-job education, with opportunities for advancement and a fast-paced environment focused on helping customers on their journeys.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
