Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a supportive team delivering exceptional service. You will assist customers, manage rentals using mobile U-Scan, and handle trucks and equipment with safety in mind.

The role includes on-the-job training, certification opportunities for propane and forklift operations, and ongoing education through U-Haul University. This position emphasizes reliability and customer-first attitude in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot.
• Educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment).
• Participate in U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
