U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Canton, GA. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers, using U-Scan tech to manage rentals, and helping with equipment inspections and returns. You may help move and hook up trucks, install hitches, and use safety procedures on site.

The role emphasizes a team environment with on-the-job education, opportunities for advancement, and a fast-paced workday. Applicants must have a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and ensure equipment is safe and ready for customers.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; drive a forklift when needed.
