Job summary

U-Haul in Shawnee, KS is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our team. You will assist customers, inspect and maintain equipment, and use the U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.

This role offers on-the-job education, opportunities for advancement, and a range of employee benefits. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Educate customers about products and services.
