Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative in Grapevine, Texas. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers with products, rentals, and equipment inspections. Use U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory, while moving and connecting trucks and trailers and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities include answering questions, educating customers, handling invoices, and processing returns. On-the-job education and a fast-paced team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
