Job summary

U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Sunnyvale, CA to be the friendly face of our service team. You will assist customers with rentals, use U-Scan technology to manage inventory, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers at the lot.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
