Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Smyrna, GA to be the face of our trusted service. You’ll help customers with equipment, rentals, and related services, using U-Scan tech to manage inventory and dispatch.

You’ll work as part of a supportive team, with on-the-job education and opportunities to grow. The role requires a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma, with the chance to complete additional certifications after hire.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding offerings.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane fill and forklift (certification offered).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
