Job summary

U-Haul in Prescott, AZ is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team. You will assist customers inside and outside the center, help with rentals, inspections and equipment returns, and use U-Scan technology to dispatch and manage inventory.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane and drive a forklift (certifications offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
