Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspections, and FAQs. You will work with a supportive team and use smartphone-based tools to manage inventories and dispatch equipment.

Responsibilities include moving and hooking up trucks, inspecting equipment, and educating customers on products. On-the-job education is provided, with bonuses and benefits where eligible.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Willingness to learn U-Haul processes and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
