Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Memphis, TN to be the face of our service team. You will help customers with rentals, manage equipment using U-Scan, and assist with hooking up and inspecting trucks and trailers.

Responsibilities include answering questions, preparing invoices, installing hitches and wiring, and completing standard safety checks. On-the-job education and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane and forklift operations (certifications offered).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
