Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspections, and returns. You will use U-Scan tech to manage inventory, move and hook up trucks, and educate customers on our products and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to assist customers and learn U-Haul products and services.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect and repair equipment as needed.
• Educate customers about products and services; prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane filling and forklift operation as certification is provided after employment.
