Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team. You’ll help customers with rentals, explain products, and support ongoing vehicle and equipment inspections. Join a team dedicated to helping customers travel safely and smoothly.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, using U-Scan tech to manage rentals, moving equipment, and completing inspections. This role offers on-the-job education and opportunities to grow with U-Haul.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect and clean equipment on the lot.
