Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative in Jacksonville to be the face of our service team. You will assist customers inside and outside the U-Haul center, manage rentals with U-Scan tech, prepare invoices, and help with equipment inspection and setup.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and delivering on-site support with on-the-job education and potential bonuses. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, a high school diploma, and a customer-focused attitude;

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
