Job summary

U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Carrollton, GA. You will be the face of our service, helping customers, inspecting equipment, and using U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory. This role involves wrenching on-site, training opportunities, and a fast-paced environment.

Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma. Weekend and night shifts are required; driving certifications and safety training offered on the job.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot; check fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
