Job summary

U-Haul in Virginia Beach is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team. You will assist customers with U-Haul products and services, and use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.

We offer on-the-job education, paid interviews, and bonuses including a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 certification bonus upon completion of our 1-2-3 Punch program at retail stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work with customers and provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers and inspect equipment.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
