Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Saint Peters, MO. You will be the face of exceptional service, assisting customers with products and services, managing rentals with U-Scan technology, and helping move and set up equipment.

The role includes safety training, equipment inspection, and opportunities for advancement. This part-time position offers on-the-job education and an incentive bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.
