Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Florissant, MO. You will be the face of our service, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and guidance on our products. Training and onboarding are provided to ensure you succeed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities include handling rentals, using smartphone-based U-Scan tech, and assisting with equipment setup and returns, while delivering friendly, reliable service to customers daily.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot and educate customers about products.
