Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a supportive team and be the face of exceptional service. You will assist customers, use U-Scan technology to dispatch and return equipment, and help with inspecting and maintaining gear on the lot.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include a valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to work with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers and inspect equipment.
