Job summary

Complete Water Systems in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, coordinate technicians, schedule service calls, and ensure a smooth flow from initial contact to job completion.

The role emphasizes customer service with opportunities to learn plumbing and water-treatment terminology, while earning $18.50–$23.00 per hour based on experience, with performance-based bonus potential

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, texts, and online inquiries.
• Schedule service calls, installations, estimates, and follow-ups.
• Dispatch technicians based on location, availability, job type, and urgency.
• Maintain and optimize daily technician schedules.
• Gather accurate customer and job information so technicians arrive prepared.
• Communicate appointment and technician arrival updates.
• Follow up on open estimates and customer inquiries.
• Identify additional service opportunities when appropriate.
• Confirm appointments and help reduce cancellations.
• Review job notes, photos, schedules, and customer information.
• Maintain accurate records in our scheduling/CRM system.
• Process basic customer payments.
• Coordinate with technicians and management throughout the day.
• Professionally assist with customer questions and concerns.
• Learn basic plumbing and water-treatment terminology.
