Job summary

Castleworks Home Services in Thousand Oaks, CA, is hiring a Customer Service & Dispatch Representative to be the first voice customers hear. You will answer inbound calls, book appointments, and dispatch technicians based on urgency and location.

This on-site, team-based role requires 1–2 years in call center or dispatch, a strong phone presence, and solid computer skills. Availability for evenings/weekends may be required, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of call center, customer service, inside sales, or dispatch experience.
• A great phone presence and the drive to hit booking goals.
• Strong computer skills; ServiceTitan or home services experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Southern California service area or map-reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and turn them into booked appointments using our call flow.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency, skill, and location.
• Make outbound calls to book, confirm, and follow up on appointments.
• Keep customers updated and resolve concerns professionally.
• Enter accurate customer and job information in ServiceTitan.
