Job description

The Customer Service Representative/ Dispatcher will be responsible as the first line of contact for all HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical inbound and outbound calls. They are able to schedule technicians day strategically, based off location of call and other factors. At all times they are in excellent communication with office manager, multi-tasking side administrative duties, and knowing what is going on in the service schedule at all times. Some calls may include, not limited to, incoming for scheduling, questions on location of technician, review of customer history, work completed, and/or questions about upcoming visits.

The dispatcher will be responsible for dispatching technicians when needed, as well communicate all information to office manager. It is imperative they maintain composure, stress, and be able to reschedule customers, purchase orders, and assist owner with daily tasks.

TYPING: WPM 55

Salary: Determined by experience ($23-30/hr) + monthly bonus
