Job summary

Silvi Materials seeks a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher in Fairless Hills, PA or Hatboro, PA to support client services in the construction and concrete industry and to aid in dispatching ready‑mix trucks to sites. You will also handle sales, take product orders, and communicate with drivers and internal teams.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service or dispatch support, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication; bilingual EN/ES is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, inside sales, dispatch support, or related experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience in construction materials, trucking, logistics, ready mix, aggregate, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dispatch/order management systems.
• Ability to work extended hours, and occasional weekends as needed.
• This person needs to have excellent and clear communication skills (bilingual in English/Spanish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Order Management — receive, enter, and confirm customer concrete orders with accuracy.
• Dispatch Coordination — schedule and dispatch ready‑mix trucks to job sites.
• Customer Communication — be the primary contact for contractors and internal teams.
• Logistics Planning — monitor locations and progress to adjust schedules.
• Problem Resolution — troubleshoot delivery challenges and delays.
• Production Coordination — communicate with batch plant operators for timely loading.
• Ticketing & Documentation — generate delivery tickets and maintain records.
• Safety Compliance — follow DOT regulations and safety policies.
• System Monitoring — use dispatch software to track orders and metrics.
• Team Collaboration — work with drivers, plant managers, and sales teams.
• Quality Support — relay slump changes or mix adjustments to QC and production.
• Daily Reporting — prepare end‑of‑day summaries and logs.
