Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of office experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails, including orders by phone, email, and fax.
• Relay customer concerns to the Daiohs team promptly.
• Generate daily manifests for Route Drivers and Service Technicians.
• Check in with Route Drivers and reconcile all customer funds received during deliveries.
• Dispatch Service Technicians to respond to repair calls and coordinate installations.
• Follow up on accounts with outstanding balances and assist in AR management.
• Process and apply payments to customer accounts.
• Communicate sales leads to appropriate branch personnel.
• Provide backup support with daily sales reports and month-end processes.
• Keep records of customer interactions and documents.
• Develop knowledge of the Company’s products, services, and pricing.
• Solicit sales from customers during promotions.
