Job summary

Home Service Company is seeking a Customer Service & Dispatch Representative to join our in-office team in the Everett area. You will handle calls, schedule and dispatch technicians, and maintain clear communication with customers and staff to keep daily service operations moving smoothly.

This role emphasizes strong Excel skills, experience with ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro, and a calm, organized approach to a busy schedule. Monday–Friday, with a 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including organizing information, updating spreadsheets, and using basic formulas.
• Experience with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or a similar customer and service management platform.
• Strong phone skills and clear written communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Monitor and respond promptly to inquiries from lead platforms, website submissions, and the office email inbox.
• Gather accurate information and book service appointments.
• Dispatch technicians based on job priority, location, availability, and skill set.
• Monitor job progress and adjust the schedule as needs change.
• Keep customers updated on arrival times and communicate clearly with technicians.
• Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, and follow-up tasks.
• Use Excel to maintain tracking spreadsheets and support daily reporting.
• Help resolve customer concerns and keep the day running smoothly.

We are a home services company looking for a Customer Service & Dispatch Representative to help take care of our customers and support our field team.We enjoy having fun in the office, but we also know when to focus and get things done. We take pride in being responsive, staying efficient, and answering the phone when it rings. We’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, takes ownership of their work, and follows through.

Pay: $23–$27 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Location: [Everett Area] — in office

What You’ll Do
