Qualifications

• Provide responsive customer service and gather customer information for scheduling and invoicing.
• Schedule service requests and dispatch technicians based on call details, skills, and urgency.
• Maintain schedule, notify customers of PMs, and document actions in the system.
• Provide Work Order/Project numbers and use resolution codes upon task completion.
• Follow up on open items such as part orders or rescheduling.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Address customer concerns and involve other personnel as needed.
• Know customer needs and technician capabilities to maximize productivity.
• Ensure technicians have required information, tools, equipment, and parts.
• Maintain inventory records and proper charge to inventory.
• Respond promptly to purchasing needs and manage vendor relations.
• Promote safe work practices and report unsafe conditions.
• Assist with special projects for the Customer Service Lead Representative.
• Apply common sense to instructions and solve problems with concrete variables.
• Complete Culture Index assessment as part of hiring process.
