Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of work experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates active involvement with staff, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Maintains required records, reports and files per policies and distributes reports timely.
• Process electronic or telephone orders/requests.
• Handle Market Center emails and calls to support operations.
• Prepare ship routes for processing and dispatch service calls.
• Place work orders and process refunds as needed.
