Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging materials, is seeking a Customer Service Department Manager at our Kenosha, WI location. Pay ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 per year and includes comprehensive benefits.

You will empower teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive service results. You will train team leads, oversee daily operations of several Customer Service departments, review performance data, and resolve escalated issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of customer service management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Train Team Leads to build a high-performing, positive team environment to provide top-notch customer service.
• Manage the daily activities of various Customer Service departments.
• Evaluate team procedures and identify areas for improvement.
• Review performance reports and suggest ways to increase efficiency.
• Resolve escalated customer issues promptly.
