Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking a Warehouse Department Manager for the Kenosha facility.

You will lead day-to-day operations, develop a strong team, and create schedules to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals while maintaining high accuracy and customer service. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Supervisory experience in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a specified warehouse department, such as UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock or Transfers.
• Provide hands-on leadership and development for warehouse personnel.
• Create schedules and plans to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and customer service in your daily department operations.
• Monitor warehouse performance data and quality standards to identify opportunities for improvement.
