• Ability to monitor activity at gas pumps and within store.
• Capable of operating microwaves, small ovens and other kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work under stress during high volume periods.

• Maintain Serve-Safe standards and proper portion control.
• Control deli waste and manage inventory dates.
