Blarney Castle in Pickford, MI is seeking a C-Store Full Time Team Member to provide outstanding customer service, handle cash transactions, assist with deli food preparation, and ensure a welcoming store environment in compliance with company standards.

You will join a fast-paced team, support promotions, complete required training, and maintain safety and sanitation guidelines. A high school diploma or GED is required; retail experience is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant retail experience considered.
• Good interpersonal skills to connect with customers and provide information politely.
• Basic math to handle cash transactions, determine change, and balance registers.
• Must read and apply company procedure documents.
• Ability to work in a team and follow directions from management.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks calmly under pressure.
• Ability to operate microwaves, small ovens and kitchen equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Display a customer-first attitude with immediate, undivided attention to shoppers.
• Participate in promotions and company programs.
• Complete company training within required periods.
• Finish specialized training on food preparation, handling and storage.
• Know weekly/monthly promotions and suggest items to customers to boost sales.
• Receive payments and provide correct change.
• Operate cash register, card scanners and other sale equipment.
• Monitor gas pumps to ensure safe fueling and accurate transactions.
• Prepare deli orders accurately and manage food handling logs.
• Follow Serve-Safe and portion control standards.
• Control deli waste and inventory out dates.
